and you will never even notice it is there!
Well It all sounds nuts to me then and today it sounds even nuttier!
They tell my I CANNOT drink alcohol because it will rot my liver.
Soda drinks are not allowed either very bad for old fat ladys they say
esp if they have other health problems.
